Sure, it's easy to say they sound like Steve Albini with some delay, but that really misses the bigger picture: Albini never used delay. They guys are doing some things that Steve never thought to and that's worth a listen. Gbro
I am pretty sure I love this album because of lines like this:
"Time cast a spell on you and you will forget me
I know I could have loved you, but you would not let me
I will follow you down ’til the sound of my voice still haunts you
You’ll never get away from the sound of the woman that loved you" . Somehow they hit really hard, even though the instrumentation is coercing you to sway back and forth in a positive form. quiet_calm_deceased
I've always had trouble getting into noise, but this shit is like the ugly duckling of music. Every sound is ear-piercing, in all the right ways Michael Page
Coordinated Suicides make noise rock that melds burly, roiling dirges with the harsh and haunting textures of shoegaze and black metal. Bandcamp New & Notable Sep 27, 2022
